Update

Training is going great,I am putting in some big miles and also investing a lot of time into the training in my quest for my Hawaii slot.
There is still a lot more to come yet ,I am fourteen weeks into a forty week plan and things could not have gone better ,Its all about keeping my feet on the floor now and keep pushing on.

I feel that this year will be my year to make things happen.patience,persistance and desire will bring me what i want in 2012 .

Training update and new bike

I am 9 weeks into Ironman training ,It is all base training at the moment building strength ,I feel like i am getting stronger all the time last month i did 625 miles on the bike ,I feel this where i can gain the biggest time gain in the ironman as my run is already strong .Just got to keep the training consistent through the winter in my quest for hawaii and the world Ironman champs .

I had some great news from Quintana Roo they are going to send me a new CD0.1 ultegra build to kick arse on next year .
