A few of the race photos of the european champsin spain,The race did not quite go to plan for me,i had a good swim and bike and got myself in the mix coming off the bike and full of confidence as the run is my strongest disipline and i thought i might be able to reel in a few more competitors but on the day it was not meant to be,i finished 14th in my age group,on relection i think i didnt hydrate as good as i could have and i think i paid for that in the warm weather in spain.

The rumours are that the same race has been choosen for the world long course champs in 2012 so i am going to try and qualify and go back and put things right.unfinished business.!!!!!!!!

GB selection

On june 25th i will travel over to spain for the european long course triathlon champs with the GB team i am really excited to be going over there to compete and hopefully i can carry my good form of the early season into this race and come away with a great result
