stratford marathon

stratford marathon pictures and result,i finished in 4th overall with time of 2 hours 46 mins which is a new pb of 14 mins,this i am extremely happy with it just shows me that the training i am putting in is working,now its full steam ahead for the ironman in june,i am putting everything into this race so i am in the best possible shape ever ,so i can nail it.I will keep everyone updated on how training and racing is going speak soon.
