6 n 6 Aquathon win
I got my first win of the season i did a aquathon race 600mts swim/6km run and i have to say i felt brilliant in the race considering in the morning i did 40 mile bike to the lake and swam 2500mts so it was a great days training i posted 8 mins 25 for the 600mts swim and 20.37 for the 6km run finishing in 1st overall great race.
Pictures from the beaver half ironman where i finished 21st overall and 8th in my age group and everything went according to plan i went there with the intentions of ironman pacing all 3 disciplines,i done the 2000mts swim in 32 mins with the 500 mts uphill run to transition it was 35 mins, the bike i averaged 34.5kph perfect ironman pace my time was 2 hours 37 for just over 85km,my run was nice and comfortable at 1 hour 30 for 12.5 miles giving me a total of 4 hours 45 mins very happy with the outcome.
