The picture is of the medal winners at the st albans midsummer aquathon i finished in 2nd overall and the winner was andrew jakeman who is on the british triathlon talented squad ,i managed to pull some time back on the run i had the fastest run of the day so the results in the end for 400swim/6km run1st andrew jakeman-25mins 51-swim/t1 5 min 41-run 20 mins 10
2nd craig halsey-26 mins 47-swim/t1 6 mins 42-run 20 mins 05
I felt great out there and i cycled home after too.
