Ironman 2012

Ironman uk is my choice of races for 2012 ,I have had a year out of triathlon to let my body heal and set me up for an epic year in 2012,I feel like my drive has come back and i feel really fresh and ready to give everything for next years ironman.I have other races too compliment the ironman too and its all geared towards my effort in the ironman,I feel ready like never before.All i can say is watch this space .

luton summer road race series win

I took part in the luton summer road race series and won the series overall,In the first race on a friday night which was a 5 mile run at vauxhalls rec i finished in 3rd overall in a time of 28 mins,the second race was the stockwood park 5km quite hilly and i finished in 6th overall in a time 17 mins 10 secs and the last race luton 10km around luton hoo was the toughest of all three very hilly tough route and finished in 4th overall in a time of 36 mins.I was happy with the series as a whole and i ran pretty consistent over all 3 races and really enjoyed it.next stop abingdon marathon .
