It has been a while since i posted its been a busy year with setting up my own business racing had to take a little bit of a backseat but i am back now and fully focused on a great season ahead .
My first major race of the season was a World Aquathlon (swim and run)championship qualifier held at boxend lake and my aim was to qualify for the GB Age group team and to do this i needed a top 7 finish in my age group .Having looked at the start list before the race i knew it was going to be hottly contested as the champs are being held on home turf in Hyde park as part of the ITU triathlon grand final race so i knew i had to be on top form.
I was very happy to finish the race in 6th and qualified automatically ,Looking forward to the champs itself i now want to get a medal i am going to nail my training from now till sept in order to achieve this .
