Ironman france pictures,this was an awesome race and i was happy with the result,i finished in a time of 10 hours 34 and it was a new pb of 5 mins i was 18th in my age group and 9th brit home,the thing i was most happy with was after 2 miles on the bike i was knocked off by somone running into me and i had road rash all over me and i still finished strong.
